Hi,

I have to report that the MMC64 DOES NOT recognize the 16MB Panasonic SD and has a lot of problems with the 256MB Lexar SD.

It seems that the combination of MMC64+RR DOES not like the dammit Lexar SD (256).. sometimes it work sometimes not..
I ve found that it works ok , if the SD is write protected! (strange eh?)
Then I did the mistake to re-format that SD, now when i use the MMC64+RR, i press the f1 and the system freezes...

(no idea what went wrong..)

Anyway, I use the 1.01 MMC64 BIOS, I will try to reflash it using an older one...

If you formatted that Panasonic card from Windows then it's FAT12, not FAT16. Try
Code:
format <drive_letter>: /FS:FAT /V:MMC64 /Q /X /A:512

to format the card with minimum cluster size.

Are you using REU compatible ROM in Retro Replay?

Windows sees that 16 Mb can still be formatted with FAT12 to save some space, and that doesn't work with MMC64. When you tell format to use smaller cluster size it has no choice but to use FAT16.

3.1 and after should be REU compatible, and you can see that on RR menu when you reset C64 ("REU compatibility enabled").
