Hi! I'm now owner of WICO trackball. Have no idea how to programming it. I tried to plug it into joy-port1 and read values... fire works, but trackball has 360° directions... So, can anybody help me? I'm owner of Commodore 128DCR, so help for C64 is also usable. Thanks for every help. Miro |

So, I tried any joystick's programs and now I know that it's the same type of control to every degree... Miro |

Hmm.. so it's basically a joystick emulator with 8 discrete directions? Why would anyone want that? |

It's not exactly like joystick with 8 directions. When I'm rolling ball, it goes to the direction as ball is rolling. Not only N,S,W,E,NW,NE,SW,SE... It does this: - if I'm rolling other direction than written above: values: 253 253 253 253 247 247 and this direction is to S and little balance to W. What's the same as joystick is driver - reading positions and fire. My English is too bad to explain it better... main: works like mouse but reads joy-port as joystick. Miro |
