This just started happening to me last month... I flip the switch, and the power LED slowly grows brighter before the screen flickers and the basic screen finally shows up. No big deal in the beginnin as it just took 5 seconds or so. Now it takes up to 20 seconds and the power led doesn't even light up until it fully started up. I guess it's my PSU, but what say you? I really want one of those "heavy duty" converted PC power units, but I can't seem to find the site selling them anymore. Are they easy to build yourself from a power connetor and a PC PSU, or do I need to do some voltage conversion and stuff like that (I'm not very good with electronics!)? |
