When viewing the Forum there are about 10 pixels space on top of the page that are not there when viewing the Home page (try switching between Home and Forum, you'll see what I mean) ... and I can't figure out why. Anyone have a clue?

It's because of the body tag in 30.php. You're setting topmargin and marginheight to zero. Either remove these from 30.php or add them to the forum index and you'll have the same spacing in both pages.
